Household Laundry Wash & Fold
We provide straightforward and transparent pricing for your general household laundry needs, including towels, shirts, pants, undergarments, etc. Our laundry genie will even take care of those stubborn food stains and grass stains, fulfilling all of your laundry wishes!
$28 +hst flat fee (up to 15 lbs.). Includes free pickup & delivery*
Each additional pound of laundry is priced at $2/lb. For guidance, a standard garbage bag filled with clothes typically weighs between 12-15 lbs. This would result in a fixed cost of $28 +hst. We will weigh your laundry and provide a final cost upon pickup. *Free pickup & delivery for customers in Ajax & Whitby

We provide bulk commercial laundry services using fragrance and dye-free, hypo-allergenic detergents. With our state-of-the-art steam sanitation wash and dry equipment, we deliver clean, sanitized and folded laundry neatly bagged for your business.
$2/lb. bulk towel service (min. $30 order). Includes free pickup & delivery
We offer a quick 48-hour turnaround. Plus, we include FREE pickup and delivery for customers in Ajax and Whitby.

Just bag it up and leave it in your designated spot (Front Door, Side/Back Door, Garage, Business Front Desk, or any other spot). We’ll handle the rest — picking up, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering it back fresh and clean.
You can use any bag you like — your own laundry bags, garbage bags, shopping bags, or even pillowcases! We will return your clean laundry bagged in fresh bags, and return any reusable bags or pillowcases you had provided.
Only if you want to! If you do, please use separate bags and label them (a sticky note or tape works great). Otherwise, we’ll sort and wash them for you in cold water to be safe.
Our pickup and delivery windows typically run from 8am to 10am and 4pm to 6pm. Once you place your order, your Laundry Genie will message you and share their estimated pickup time.
You can put your laundry out anytime before that window, and if you need a more specific time—or need to tweak the timing—just coordinate directly with us. We try to be flexible and work with your schedule.
Using Square as our secure payment processor, we accept all major credit cards. We will send you an electronic invoice from which you can "click to pay" via Square. We can also accept e-Transfers or even cash payment on delivery if preferred.
Your order will be given a final “weigh in” before your clothes are processed and you will receive an updated invoice before your card is charged.
48 hours is the usual turnaround time, not including Sundays and public holidays. For wash and hang garments, your items will be returned within 72 hours.
